• Opens for HHPA Members and Non-Members: Monday, March 16 at 8:00 AM
• Closes: June 1st or when sold out

 

• HHPA Members: Log into your portal and go to "Register for Paid Programs".
• Non-Members: Create a public account to register: Click Here for Public Registration Once you have completed your public account registration, you can find the tournament under "Paid Programs" "Register for Leagues, Tournaments..."> "HHPA CHARITY TOURNAMENT @ PROSPECT PARK"
• Divisions: Social (Men's/Women's/Mixed) (2.0-2.99) Intermediate (Men's/Women's/Mixed) (3.0-3.49) |Advanced (Men's/Women's/Mixed) (3.5 +)
• Categories: Mens/Ladies/Mixed
• Team Registration: Register as a team (only one of the partners should register) - include your partner's name in the "Additional Information" field.
• Fee: $80 per team (no HST). Send payment via e-Transfer to: payments@haltonhillspickleball.ca (Due within 48 hours. Allow 12-24 hrs for processing.)
• Confirmation: Email sent once payment is processed.

• The tournament director may combine or move teams to balance divisions.
• Refunds: Full refund minus $25 admin fee until June 7th. No refunds after this date.
• Players must be available for the Rain Date: June 14th.
